Day 1 thru Day 19 - An overview...

A quick overview... Back in December when I was stuffing my face with sweets I came up with a great idea for a kind of new years resolution. Since I do not usually follow through on my resolutions I decided to bet my roommate. The terms are: 2months, 10lbs, $10. After telling my co-workers of my plan, they wanted to get in on the deal. So I made another wager terms are: 3 months... whoever reaches or is closest to there ultimate goal wins.

It's time to make this happen!! I started my bet with my roommate on January 1st. I weighed in at 159.7 ( can't believe I am sharing this). So my goal in this bet, is to reach 149.7 by the end of February. Since the bet...I have been limiting my portions, make better choices in foods to eat and working on building my core, through crunches and floor exercises.

Now that this new bet has started with my co-workers I plan to step up my game. Here I come Yoga and hopefully will be getting a treadmill soon. My ultimate goal (whether it is attainable in three months i don't know) is to be around 135lbs with strength and stamina.

Onward I go...busy day today too!! I have a photo shoot this afternoon hope the weather holds up for me!! I planned a location with lots of walking...lol I will be sneaking in lots of extra activity anywhere I can!!!
